Please ensure your child arrives at school before 8:35 am to participate in the morning assembly, which starts promptly at 8:40am. Arriving on time is essential for maintaining a disciplined and organized learning environment. Late arrivals not only disrupt the class but also hinder the student’s ability to benefit from the full school experience. Therefore, we strongly encourage parents and guardians to ensure that their children arrive at school on time every day.
All students are required to arrive at school wearing their school-issued identity cards and must keep them visible throughout the school day to ensure that they are easily identifiable as part of the school community

Imparting knowledge and instilling discipline for good behaviour are the twin goals institution. The school expects every student to be gentle or courteous and to obey its rules and regulations
All students should be punctual. They are expected to be in the school before the first bell at 08.30 a.m. The school gates will be closed at 09.00 a.m.
Students who come late will not be admitted to the class without permission from the Principal. The late comers will be marked absent for half a day. Habitual late comers will be sent home.
Wearing full and clean uniform is compulsory for all. No excuses will be accepted for any missing part of it. They will be punished or sent home at the parent's risk.
Children are not allowed to apply mehendi on the hands.
Speaking in English is compulsory for all the students.
Running, playing, shouting and whistling inside the school building are not allowed. They must walk quietly when passing along the corridors and staircases. Pupils are expected to take good care of their belonging. The children should not bring any valuable things to the school. When they lose, the school is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings such as books, money, ornaments etc.
Irregular attendance, unsatisfactory performance in studies, disobedience or disrespect to teachers, stealing, writing or scribbling on the walls, malpractice in examination, unruly behaviour, causing damage to school property are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a student from the school.
Pupils should keep their classrooms and school premises clean.
The school discourages private tuitions. Home assignments are to be done regularly, carefully and submitted on time.
All damages to the school property, including stains must be attended to by the offender.
Kindly avoid organizing group meetings or causing any disturbances on or near the school premises.
Attendence
All the students must attend the school daily. The parents should not request that their children leave school before the classes are over.
No leave of absence will be gransted except for serious reasons. The absentees will not be admitted to the class unless an application for leave is entered in the calender by the parent and shown to the class teacher after obtaining the signature of the Principal. A child who fails to bring a leave note will be sent home.
No half day leave is granted. If a student is adsent for a whole month without permission, his or her name shall be struck off the rolls without any warning. 90% of attendences is compulsary for all the students. imack or ne rals without arents. ming 90% of attendand.
Examinations & Promotion
Periodic or Assignment Tests are compulsory for all. Pupils have to correct their mistakes found in the answer paper and thus improve their academic performance.
If a student is absent for a test or examination he or she shall be awarded zero. A re-test or examination will not be conducted whatever may be the reason except when a student is required to represent the school in outside competitions.
A student who has not paid the fees, will not be allowed in the class or to write tests or examinations.
Computer Science marks secured in Summative-1 and Summative-2 Examinations are entered in the progress reports.
A student who copies in the test or examination will be dismissed immediately from the school.
Result declared at the end of the year is final. No reconsideration of the case of the student who has been detained in the class will be entertained. A student who fails twice in the same class shall be asked to leave the school at the end of the year.
Grades are awarded depending on the percentage of marks secured in the tests or examinations.
Progress reports are issued at the end of each periodic and Summative examination usually on the second Saturday of the month. The parents must come to the school to receive the progress reports. They will have to go through the progress report, sign and give it to the class teacher. When a child fails in any subject the parents must do the needful to improve the marks in future tests or exams.
Promotion of a student to the higher class is made after evaluating the student's performance in each subject, in the tests and examinations. A minimum of 35% marks in each subject and 90% attendance are required for promotion.
The dates of periodic and Summative examinations are given in the student diary. They may be changed due to extraordinary circumstances.
Withdrawal
Once the students are admitted to the school parents should not presume that their wards continue education in the school till 10th standard unless they score good marks and have good behaviour every year.
The students who fail and are irregular to school are detained.
Students who have failed twice in the same class will be asked to leave the school.
Pupils who are found to be disinterested in their studies will be given 3 warnings and if there is no response they are liable to be given their transfer certificate.
Parents who wish to withdraw student from school must submit an application written and signed by them. School fees have to be paid for the whole year before T.C. is issued.
Application for T.C. at the end of the academic year should reach the office before 30th of April.
No Transfer Certificate is issued until all dues or arrears of the student are paid.
Students leaving the school shall pay the fees for the holiday months in the academic year.
Students must keep all the certificates safely. No duplicate T.C. will be issued.
No T.C. will be issued during holidays or vacations.
